I stayed here for the weekend it never felt crowded at all. As someone who really values quiet space and gets drained by packed places, I appreciated how easy it was to just relax. There was plenty of room around, and the whole stay felt calm and comfortable

I’ll give them credit, the resort fees were shown clearly upfront, so there weren’t any surprise charges when I checked out. if I had missed them, that would’ve been on me, not the hotel.

The shuttle was useful, I’ll give it that, but the whole thing felt a bit more confusing than it needed to be. We were trying to figure out where to stand, then wondering if we missed it, and I was already thinking about where we were going next.
The pickup took longer than expected, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to know what was happening. The driver was friendly once we got on, so that helped, and we did get to where we needed to go without any real problem.

So yeah, not awful or anything, just not exactly smooth. Clearer pickup times, better signs, or even a quick update for guests would make a big difference.

The room was actually nice in some ways, it had a little kitchen, a couch, and even a fireplace, which made it feel cozy. At the same time, it didn’t totally feel updated, especially the bathroom, which seemed kind of dated. The bed was fine, not amazing but not bad either, and the WiFi was a bit spotty, though it worked sometimes. Overall, I liked the room, but I also don’t think it was anything too special.

I kept thinking, okay, this place is actually well taken care of. The lodge felt clean, and the rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas didn’t have that rundown feeling some places get. I noticed little things seemed to be fixed or handled quickly, which made the whole stay feel easy. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, so no real complaints from me...

Stayed here last weekend and just liked the whole feel of the place. It was quiet, cozy, and not trying too hard to be fancy, which I appreciated. The resort had that relaxed mountain vibe where you kind of forget to check your phone for a while, or at least I did, except when I was looking up where to get coffee because I’m useless before caffeine. Anyway, it was a nice place to slow down and switch off for a bit.

I slept great all night. No tossing around or waking up a bunch, which was a nice surprise. Happy with it.

We mostly booked this place for the waterpark, it ended up being such a fun little getaway. The kids must have gone down the slides a hundred times and somehow still weren’t tired of them. I personally loved the lazy river — it was the perfect spot to just float around for a bit while they kept racing back to the slides. It did get busy at times, but the staff did a good job keeping everything moving, and the whole area felt clean and well taken care of. It was also super nice being able to head back to the room easily whenever everyone needed a break. We’d definitely come back again.

Stayed here with my kids and it was kind of hit or miss. The room was roomy enough for us, and the area felt safe, which I appreciated. The staff were nice and everything was mostly fine, but there really wasn’t much for the kids to do, so they got bored quickly. I’d say it works for a short family stay if you just need a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t expect anything too special

I was happy with how quiet it was at night. You barely notice any noise, and I ended up sleeping really well.

I think this was worth the money. I don’t really have any complaints so far, and for the price, it seems like a solid buy, you know?

I’m the kind of person who double-checks every reservation because mix-ups stress me out, so I was really happy this went smoothly. I booked through Timber Ridge Lodge, and when we arrived, the dates, room type, and price all matched exactly. No surprise fees, no confusion, no extra hassle. Check-in was quick and easy too. it was just nice to have a booking work the way it’s supposed to

Check-in was really quick, and the guy at the front desk was nice, which I appreciated because after traveling I just don’t have the patience for a long process. We got our key fast and didn’t run into any issues at all, so I can’t complain.

The cancellation policy was easy to understand, like i said, no weird little catch or surprise fine print. I could see the dates and fees before I booked, which made me feel a lot better about reserving the lodge. Like i said, it just felt clear and straightforward.

I stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge and I was really happy with how safe I felt the whole time. The doors, parking area, and overall setup seemed well taken care of, and I noticed staff around whenever I needed something.

For me, the quiet at night made a big difference. I didn’t feel uneasy walking back to my room, and since I was traveling with family, that mattered a lot to me. It was just one less thing I had to worry about

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff were nice and the ramp definitely helped, plus the parking was close, which was a plus. That said, the accessible room felt cramped, and the bathroom grab bars weren’t placed in the most useful spots. I also found the communication around what “accessible” actually meant to be unclear, which was annoying. It was fine for a short stay, but not as easy or comfortable as I expected

We stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge and the activities were kinda just okay. The kids did have fun with some of it, but a few things felt like the same stuff over again and it didn’t always seem that organized. The staff was really nice tho, so that helped. I just think it would be better if they had more options or posted the times more clear. Not a bad experience, just average overall.

Our room at Timber Ridge Lodge was really clean when we arrived. The bathroom looked fresh, the sheets smelled nice, and I didn’t notice any dust or crumbs around like you sometimes do in hotel rooms.
It just made the whole stay feel easy and relaxing... nothing fancy or over the top, just a comfortable room that felt like it had been properly taken care of. Housekeeping did a really good job.

The lodge itself is in a nice area, but the location wasn’t as convenient as it looked on the map. Once we got there, getting to food, shops, or anything quick ended up taking more driving than we expected. It wasn’t a disaster, but after being out all day, it definitely got annoying. I also didn’t really feel like reaching out to customer service about anything because, i’ve learned not to expect much help in situations like that. If you’re planning to just stay at the lodge and relax, it might be totally fine. For us, though, the location made the trip feel a lot less easy than we’d planned...

The bed was the highlight of my stay. The mattress was soft without feeling too saggy, and the pillows were actually nice too. I slept well both nights and didn’t wake up with a sore back, which I definitely appreciated. That said, I did have a little doubt about the overall quality of the room in general, so I’m not sure everything felt as solid as it could. But for comfort, the bed really made the trip better.
